First car I've bought from Dick Beard The last time I bought a car was over 12 years ago. Our youngest is in kindergarten and so I was ready to make the big purchase. My first stop was Dick Beard to look at an Acadia, my mind was set on a third row and must have a sunroof. James was great and found one, although it didn't have a sunroof, so we had one put in. Super excited to sign the papers that night, they needed a few days to put the sunroof in. I picked my new car up on Friday!! Sadly, Monday came and we found there was a leak in the windshield which had an affect on my ebrake sensor. . James was great in getting me a loaner so they could get the car fixed. Thankfully the car was ready the next week and I was driving away a happy girl! Thank you James for being so helpful and making things right! More
