Customer service is the best and I appreciate front desk Carrie for hear caring spirit! Thank You! Only problem is the prices for certain work is way too expensive... Need to work on that for sure. I came into the dealership to get a quote to have my car fixed and they tried to over sell me on service and fix parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Went to a different auto repair shop in the area and t fixed and they tried to over sell me on service and fix parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Went to a different auto repair shop in the area and they laughed when I told them about my experience at Subaru. I then got a quote from them and they actually quoted me for what I only needed to fix and reassured me that the other parts that Subaru quoted to be fixed didn’t need to be replaced and were in good working condition. Long story short I’ll never be back to Conley Subaru again for any kind of service More

We thought Howard Brooks was terrific and it was a very good experience. We could have used more detailed instructions from, I think it was Tom, on how to operate the car since so much was new to us.
