Conicelli Honda

I previously had a Chevrolet Prism that was purchased at Penske Chevrolet in King of Prussia. For a smaller car, I heard that Honda Civics were a good option so I went to Conicelli Honda to look at one. While there Tim was very helpful with any questions I had and he offered to show me a couple other models, all in the Conicelli complex. Before visiting Conicelli I knew of them because my mom had purchased 3 vehicles from them (all Toyotas). I enjoyed test driving a Hyundai Elantra, a Toyota Yaris and the Honda Civic. My favorite was the Civic and I went over the paperwork and paid for the car both from my tradein and cash/check. I would have to say the experience was enjoyable. I spent close to 3 hours for the whole process and when I went back to pick up the car Tim made sure I went over to service and got familiar with the dealership and what they have to offer. I would definitely go back for another vehicle, although I am hoping to get many, many years from my Civic. Thank you Tim! Much appriciated. More

His advice about buying certified was very helpful. When we decided to purchase the car, he and the management at Conicelli made it workable for us. They were able to make it as easy a process for us as it could possibly be. I will absolutely recommend Conicelli, and especially Pat, to anyone who is looking for a great used car. This was the first time purchasing a new car. We were introduced to Matt and he spent three hours with us (no doubt over his lunch time) explaining the different models and helping us hone in on what we were looking for. We were unable to purchase the car that day due to complications with the Cash for Clunkers stipulations; however, we stayed in constant contact with Matt over the next two days. He continued to be very responsive to our questions and did all he could to work with us. Perhaps it was because of the close proximity of our age to his, but Matt came across as very genuine and sincere; not once did we feel uncomfortable or picked up on any level of subterfuge. It was very comforting to us to have someone young enough to relate to our needs while always staying professional. I would certainly recommend Matt to any of our friends (ages 25-32) who would consider a Honda. The rest of the staff that we had brief contact with were also very pleasant people. You hear horror stories of high pressure and deception when buying a car, but this was not our experience with Conicelli Honda. This has been the largest purchase that my wife and I have made so far in our lives, and we feel confident with the decision that we made and the dealership that we chose. More

I brought my Honda CRV in for inspection, oil change and also because I heard a noise. Conicelli was able to get me in the same day I called. They wrote me up and kindly directed me to wait for my shuttle which took me right to my store so I could open up for business. Conicelli called me at work and talked to me again about the noise and said they would check it out. Later they checked back with me to tell me my car was ready and the shuttle would be coming to get me at 3:00p.m. when I close my store. I was taken back to Conicelli and even though I had only a few minutes before called to tell them I had forgotten about a bulb being out, it was all fixed. I am writing this because this is not the first time I have been to Conicell. I bought my Honda there and always go there for service. I am 56 years old and have owned a few cars in my day. NEVER have I received the wonderful caring, courteous and expert service that I get at Conicelli. If I didn't know better, I would think I was family. That is how they treat me.
