I own a 1997 CRV which I bought new, and have been a Conicelli customer for over 10 years. To put it in a nutshell, I absolutely LOVE this dealership in every way. Especially the service staff. My husband and I went to Conicelli Honda looking for a new car for me. We are currently leasing a CRV 2007 and were very pleased with the sales/service at this location. He showed us one and that was that. No need to go to any other car dealer. We closed the deal and I drove home with my new Fit that afternoon.,Before we left the facility, the Sales Manager Jack came out and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The next day I needed to bring my old car title to Conicelli and my salesman was busy assisting another customer. Jack once again came to me at Greeter station and completed my transaction and made sure I was satisfied. I also received a phone call from my saleman saying he was sorry he was not available to assist me with the title change and that he would always be available to asist me. I also received a call from the agency making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and not to hesitate to contact them with any questions. It is very important to have a mechanic provide honest assessments of repairs presently needed and be made aware of future repairs that may be needed. This has allowed me to drive with confidence over the years without fear of breaking down.
