When I walked in I was greeted right away. And shortly thereafter Arlene came down to help me with my sale. She made me feel very comfortable, sat me down to do the paperwork and got me some water, etc. The next morning she called me to tell me the status of coming to pick up my car, all the paperwork was ready, the car was clean. I think moved on to Joe in finance and he was great as well. He even called a friend at a bank on a Saturday morning to get me a much better APR. Arlene even talked to my friend the entire time I was in finance to keep her entertained! Finally I was greeted by the manager at the end. He came and shock my hand and was very pleasant. I had my car serviced for a recall service that cost me nothing. It has been my previous experience with recall services most dealership shuffle you in and out and seem to resent having to provide this ser nothing. Not so with Conicelli, I felt this dealership focused on the both the "customer" and "service" aspects of customer service. I was greeted immediately as I pulled into the service area. A service employee (sorry, I don't know his name) directed me into a parking space asked my name and the type of service I needed. When we walked into the service area he introduce me to a Service Manager who greeted me with a smile and called me by name during the course of the conversation in which he provided an explanation of what would be done, the expected time the service would be completed and answered my questions. He then introduced me to Steve and the Orange Team as the ones who would do the actual work on my car. Upon, picking up my car (earlier than promised) my car door was open and held as I got in, a courtesy which is lacking in today's world; especially in dealerships customer service. I found all the staff I encountered at Conicelli to be friendly, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Conicelli truly lives up to their advertisement,they have put the "nice" in Conicelli. The world today is in such turmoil, being treated as a valued customer bring peace to our world one person at a time. I would gladly recommend this dealership to family, friends and co-workers. More

From the very start he treated my wife and I with respect and made us feel very welcome. He never pressured us into anything. He was witty and very knowledgeable but very serious and proud to be a sales person at Conicelli. He guided us in the right direction with our sale. Conicelli stood up for us when the Cash for Clunkers deal feel through. The night before our deal was to be finalized the Cash for Clunker deal was suspended. Conicelli honored the deal even though they didn't have to. This kind of service is unheard of in the world today. We can't even begin to thank them enough for what they did for us!!!! This was our very first new vehicle and Conicelli made it happen!!!! Whenever it comes time to purchase another vehicle we know right where to go. Everyone at the dealership from Kevin to Jack even the receptionist were truly amazing. This is how a car dealership should be run. Conicelli made buying a new vehicle fun. I previously had a Chevrolet Prism that was purchased at Penske Chevrolet in King of Prussia. For a smaller car, I heard that Honda Civics were a good option so I went to Conicelli Honda to look at one. While there Tim was very helpful with any questions I had and he offered to show me a couple other models, all in the Conicelli complex. Before visiting Conicelli I knew of them because my mom had purchased 3 vehicles from them (all Toyotas). I enjoyed test driving a Hyundai Elantra, a Toyota Yaris and the Honda Civic. My favorite was the Civic and I went over the paperwork and paid for the car both from my tradein and cash/check. I would have to say the experience was enjoyable. I spent close to 3 hours for the whole process and when I went back to pick up the car Tim made sure I went over to service and got familiar with the dealership and what they have to offer. I would definitely go back for another vehicle, although I am hoping to get many, many years from my Civic. Thank you Tim! Much appriciated. More
