I was pretty set on a CR-V and my husband wanted to spend a little less and possible get a sedan, like a Civic or Accord. We were searching for a car for myself and with 2 kids, Ron could see that a sedan was out of the question and didn't even waste our time looking at them. We told him we were paying with a personal check and would not be financing and no issue whatsoever. I read and heard a lot of the dealerships will pressure you to finance because they get a better commission off the sale but not at Conicelli. Ron was extremely thorough with showing me all the capabilities of the SUV and my husband just stayed inside with the kids. You could tell Ron wanted to make sure that my husband also liked the vehicle since we were dropping a pretty penny on it and it was nice to know that he wanted both of us to be completely satisfied with our purchase. Ron was juggling a few a customers at once but not once did we feel neglected. Everyone is they're Used/Certified department was welcoming and helpful. We were able to drive off with our car just about 3 hours after we walked in. This was our first real car buying experience and have heard how for the most part can be a real pain and terrible. Conicelli is truly about making sure their customers are taken care of and when we are ready to buy another vehicle, we will head right on back to Conicelli and see Ron. More

Nate was awesome, h I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Pilot from Nate Simon at Conicelli, this is the second vehicle I've gotten from the dealership. Nate was awesome, he went over and above to get me out of my lease early and into the bigger, better SUV. I was looking at 2 Pilot's and went with Nate's opinion for the model that was 1 year older but fully loaded and I've gotten a ton compliments. Nate was extremely helpful and thorough and even entertained our 1 year old that terrorized the office! In the next year or 2 when we're in the market for another car we will without a doubt go back to Conicelli and Nate! More

Ron identified the correct vehicle, and then stayed late for us on a Saturday in order for us to see the car that day to accommodate our schedule. This was a complex transaction and he was very helpful with the financing and the different aspects of the transaction. He was very understanding, straight forward and honest. Ron would always call and follow up with me exactly as he said he would, and would even send me a text message if he wasn't able to pick up the phone right away or get back to me at that moment. He made us feel that our calls were important. He was eager to help and provide the information without being overbearing. He was patient and willing to talk to anyone that I asked him to include in getting all of the pertinent information about the car. He had numerous conversations with me, my husband and others in my family and never tired of our questions. He is able to handle complicated transactions and if he doesn't have the answer he follows through and gets the information. A dealership that will work with you I went to Conicelli looking for a used vehicle I saw on AutoTrader. I met with a salesman who located the vehicle I was looking for. He went and broug I went to Conicelli looking for a used vehicle I saw on AutoTrader. I met with a salesman who located the vehicle I was looking for. He went and brought it out to me. We checked it out and went on a test drive. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle I was buying. I was pleasantly surprised by this since I was actually buying a used American car at a foreign car dealership. Now it is time to talk numbers. I of course had a number in my head that I was willing to pay and after about an hour of talking numbers with the salesman we were able to come up with a price that worked for both of us. My salesman then put a rush on detailing my vehicle(It had just come into the dealership and was not prepped yet) and I returned about 2 hours later and drove home my very shiny used vehicle. I would say that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my salesman was instrumental in finalizing this deal. I had really gone to the dealership to just look at the vehicle and ended up taking it home. Funny how that works sometimes. Again I would have attribute this to my Salesman. He just would not let me leave until he could make the deal. More

Truly a nice place to do business For over four months I had been searching for a mini van that I would like and that would also be in my price range with low mileage. Im a newly graduate from Shippensburg University and a single mom starting a new job, good paying and didn't have a way of getting there. When I got to the dealership he was ready to go. We had different visions at first but we were able to find something. He was very patient and tentative to what I needed and he made sure that I drove off of the lot that day. His customer service efforts were above and beyond and it really made me feel secure because he was confident that he would be able to get me a car that day. After a decent test drive I bought a Kia Forte Ex and it was just the economical expense that I was looking for. It was stylish yet still within a great budget for myself. The car is great and really good on gas and I am now able to get to work stress free and my daughter to daycare in such a timely manner these days. After almost 7 hours of being in the dealership his spirit and motivation never left and he stuck by my side.
