We purchased a new Honda in July 2021 and were told what the fee's were and when went to purchase the vehicle we were then charged a an additional fee at closing that was not disclosed during the sales proc the fee's were and when went to purchase the vehicle we were then charged a an additional fee at closing that was not disclosed during the sales process. Certainly I could have walked away but we were already there. This is a dishonest practice especially with most of the front end sales process being done online and on the phone. This is a dishonest dealership. I would not recommend any of the Conicelli Dealerships. Another dealer was completely transparent and sent me everything in detail and would have be cheaper for the exact same vehicle. Shame on me.... NEVER AGAIN... More

I own 2 Hondas and was was more than satisfied with the servive until today. When they could not fix my broken seat belts and I have to wait til 11 15 2021 for the part and they will not pay for a rental.. servive until today. I thought that was the law. Not my fault not on stock and I dropped off the car last night got no call all day!!!! I am soupose to drive without a seat belt that work!!!! If you buy a car here you're a fool. They're trying to charge over MSRP!!! Saying because there's a chip shortage that the car on their lot is worth it lolololol!!!! Worst dealership that I have ever been to. Anton the used sales manager was rude and disrespectful. Was there to look at a jeep rubicon. The vehicle had a cracked windshield and was advertised as having navi sales manager was rude and disrespectful. Was there to look at a jeep rubicon. I was told that’s not there problem if the sticker on the car is wrong and it doesn’t effect the price. To make matters worse the used car manager Anton is arguing with the new car manager . Will never go back there!!! More
