Visited this dealership after driving 25 miles. Earlier called for 2023 Honda CR-V EX-L w/ BSI but they asked me to come in-person. Over the phone, they told me they sell at MSRP. After reaching the dealership, this employee came to me after 15 minutes wait time. He shown very little interest to earn my business. This dealership advertised as No 1 Volume dealer in pennsylvania but they had only one CR-V EX-L on lot 🤣. This guy told me they sell $1000 above MSRP. Very different from what I heard over the phone. Jeff who was supposed to meet me called me in evening and asked why my name there in the list. WORST DEALERSHIP WITH LOW SKILLED EMPLOYEES. STAY AWAY. I just bought a 2018 pre owned (supposedly) Certified CRV Awd lx. The windshield washer container has a hole in it. I have to take it back to Conicellie Honda for them to fix it.
