1) Swirl marks were not there prior to the wash that was unauthorized. 2) Mark stated that they would take care of the situation and promised to resolve the issue. 3) Two piece of trim have yet to be installed. I have this in email too. 4) After VW Commonwealth initially took responsibility, the problem becomes mine.
