Best car buying experience.......EVER,,,, Bought a car on my second visit to Commonwealth. Had the extreme pleasure of meeting Jeff Mercedes on my first visit when I was "just looking" and not Bought a car on my second visit to Commonwealth. Had the extreme pleasure of meeting Jeff Mercedes on my first visit when I was "just looking" and not really sure what I wanted. After making the dealer rounds and being totally turned off by the impolite treatment I went right back to Commonwealth to make the purchase we from Jeff. He knows the product, respects the customers financial limits and within a short period of no stress negotiation I bought a car I loved!! Next stop Marc. Equally as knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the financial end of the purchase putting me at ease. Car was delivered warm and road ready. No buyers remorse...extremely happy with my choice of dealership. They represent the product well! Never one to use a dealer service department due to my overall bad experiences with OTHER dealerships but will have my service at Commonwealth. Shady Dealership After having read 1 specific bad review of Daher's place from awhile back, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I went to take a look at a pre-owned car that was selling for a grerat price, a high end car that had the engine light on. I was there 1 week ago. now just a few days ago, I spoke to Dennis Millman, the owners son-in law, who told the car in question was at another dealership for specific repairs, and he would call me when the car was back to thier lot for me to see it again and test drive it. Dennis never called me back. Now today, 1 week later, after the same car was in the shop, they tell me that the car is no longer available for sale. I asked why, I revcieved no answer. Sadly, Dennis Millman gave me a great offer for my trade to begin with. I'll be taking my business elsewhere hopefuly to more credible dealer. More
