He answered questions but did not push us towards a car. He let us take the time to make our own decision, but was there to answer questions He was very good about communicating with us over the phone rather than having to spend time at the dealership, and patiently answered all our questions. We ended up making the purchase within a few days of our test drive, and Holly made our overall experience very comfortable. As an added bonus, we have free service for a few years and FREE CAR WASHES for as long as we own the car. It's a small thing, but it really made us happy. The Financing portion of the evening was painless and we were able to get through the paperwork very quickly. We shopped around at different places, but ended up with Holly because he was the most helpful and flexible when it came to fulfilling the requirements we had in mind for our car. Thanks Holly!!
