I went in last week, not expecting Victor to be there but asked for him. He remembered every single detail I shared with him the year prior. This was the best part of my visit. I went to four other dealerships before I went back to Victor, and they all seemed in a rush and only about getting their deal. I liked that Victor, Mark and Benny all took their time to sit with me, listen to what I was looking for and explained every detail on leasing my new vehicle. 3rd vehicle same great experience. Just got my third vehicle from Commonwealth Motors. This is my first lease and I am very happy with the vehicle and the negotiating experience. Very low pressure, no bait and switch like other reviews have mentioned. I went in looking for one car but they showed asked if I wanted to look at another one that I thought I would not be able to afford. I went with the one they showed me after they gave me quotes on both. I could not afford the original quote given, but we worked out deal that my wife and I were comfortable with. We ended up with a nicer vehicle than we originally went in for for the same price. From reading some of the negative reviews, it sounds like those people do not know how buying a vehicle works. Mark and Chris were great. I will definitely be going back when looking for a new vehicle. Thanks once again. More
