For my job I drive about 6 hours a day and needed a comfortable car more on the luxury end. I had two wonderful sales men who helped me out ( Edwin and Chris) not pushy either that was the best part. Being a sales person myself I hate the feeling of being pushed. They were knowledgeable and answered all my many questions ! Then from meeting the upper management Mark and Benny. The paper process was a breeze and they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful experience I will be back for my next lease! More

Avoid this dealership They are not straightforward with their deals; they will not honor what they promise you during the negotiation process, their finance person is awful They are not straightforward with their deals; they will not honor what they promise you during the negotiation process, their finance person is awful, very rude and unprofessional at all, they charged my credit card early in the process and will not refund you your money back instantaneously, they allow up to 21 days to refund you back the money. Honestly I did not realize how bad Commonwealth VW are until I went to a different dealership (Kelly VW), it was a very smooth and pleasant experience, I got even a much better deal than commonwealth, not only that, with no hassles and long argument the whole process was smooth, only 1 hour total in and out for the whole process. I believe even one star is too much for this Commonwealth VW dealer. More

Best Around - Commonwealth VW I have been dreading the process of buying a new car. I started my search back in September and after visiting one VW dealership in Nashua NH where I I have been dreading the process of buying a new car. I started my search back in September and after visiting one VW dealership in Nashua NH where I left feeling like I had been hit bus a bus I stopped shopping for several month. This past weekend I needed to start the process again Bc my lease was up. I went back to Commonwealth VW where I had originally leased the car I needed to turn in and not only did I buy a car in one afternoon I had fun doing it. I felt respected and informed. Michael who sold me my new 2017 VW Jetta as well as Benny and Mark who helped with the deal were more then a pleasure to work with. Next time I need to look for a car I won't make the same mistake of starting anywhere else. Commonwealth VW in Lawrence is where I will conintue my business in the future. The cars they have are great but at the end of the day it's the people that work there that make the dealership stand apart. More

I was in an awful situation trying to get trade in a vehicle that I had purchased through another dealership and it depreciated significantly within 1 year since I purchased it and they did whatever they could to get me out of the situation to ensure that I would be able to get as much for my trade in vehicle in order to purchase a new car from them. I couldn’t be more happy with everything they did for me and going the extra mile to try and figure out ways to help me cancel my previous warranties, etc. I am so happy with the service I received and my family has been purchasing vehicles from Commonwealth Motors (specifically Volkswagen) for years and this is my first purchase and will definitely not be my last. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable both Hans and Matt were with regards to the financial aspect in addition to Hans' overall knowledge of the vehicle and the process from start to finish.
