Very Happy. I went to the dealership with the perfect SUV in mind. When i was there Chris came right out and answered all my questions and took me on a test drive I went to the dealership with the perfect SUV in mind. A third row and a car starter is a must for me. They didn’t have the Tiguan in stock there but was able to get one from another dealership. It was in within 3 days but the starter was ready. Wasn’t fully explained that i would have to wait 2 weeks due to parts coming from Germany. Got the car and i love it. Two weeks passed and it was time for my car starter instaltion. Due to miss communication between sales and service the appointment was a mess and i left extremely upset. After a few days arrangements were made and the gentleman came to my work and installed the starter under an hour. I had a great buying experience but service on the other hand needs some work. But i will be back in 3.5 years to trade my lease in for my next one. Thank you. More

Enjoyable, no pressure , great deal Chris LeBlanc (sales) was really good, very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We went in to look at the Tiguan, but also wanted to see the Honda CR-V Chris LeBlanc (sales) was really good, very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We went in to look at the Tiguan, but also wanted to see the Honda CR-V & HR-V, and the Kia Sportage. Chris took us around to see all the vehicles which were conveniently located in Comminwealths adjacent dealerships. The misses loved the way the Tiguan handled so this was our vehicle of choice. We started talking price and monthly payments, and we were a little higher than where we wanted to be , and were just about ready to leave to go home and think about it, and over comes the business manager, Benny Brighi. Another great guy, he ended up lowering the price and monthly payment to the point where we could not refuse it. We’re very pleased with the whole experience. More

A very smooth, easy and good overall experience. After visiting five different dealerships and not having the best experience, we were delighted with the entire process at Commonwealth Motors. Every other dealership played the old bait and switch game, that is, advertised a specific car on their website that actually did not exist. Then these dealerships pushed us into other cars that were above our budget and desired features. This game even played out at the usual VW dealership we bought from even though the salesperson and I had a long working history. Seeking a particular Passat model that is not commonly available, we were glad to find that Commonwealth's site listed one in stock. We were even more excited that when I called to confirm it was there, the car actually existed. The sales representative assigned to us, Chris Leblanc, was very helpful. He walked my partner and me through all of the details of the car, including the extensive technology it had. Chris even let us both take the car for a good test drive rather than the usual six-minute route with one driver. Knowing that we really wanted a six-cylinder car, Chris arranged for us to test a gently used CC model. Although we were taken with this car's many features and power, in the end the Passat was the best fit for us. Even the stressful negotiation process went well at Commonwealth. Although this dealership needs to make their money, we didn't feel taken advantage of or had any buyer's remorse. Chris was very straightforward with this process and we greatly appreciated the clarity in the way he presented the information. We received a fair trade in value for our previous car and were able to come to a fair price agreement for the new one without a lot of hassle. There were no hidden fees or charges and no surprises when we met with the finance team. The welcome we felt at Commonwealth and the ease of this transaction, just felt right. What is usually a stressful situation went very smoothly. Having purchased five VW's in the past with another salesperson at different dealerships, in the future, we won't shop "Commonwealth Motors last", we'll go there first! More
