I ended up with a vehicle that had some of the things I wanted, cost $5,000 more than the car I traded (it's lease was up), for the same monthly payment. My intent was to get a lower monthly payment; however, I'm okay with staying the same amount because I absolutely love my vehicle. One complaint I have is that the finance dept is extremely slow. We waited about a half hour before he was ready to meet with us to sign papers. This appears to be their policy as this happened 3 years ago when we leased a vehicle from Commonwealth. More

After getting the registration, dealer had gotten new plates and registered the car under them. Car then had two active registrations and could not be insured. Expected more professional service.
