Commonweath "FAMILY" I had a 2011 Nissan Versa (which I had purchased new 4 years ago from Commonwealth), and last month a tractor trailer truck side swiped and totaled it I had a 2011 Nissan Versa (which I had purchased new 4 years ago from Commonwealth), and last month a tractor trailer truck side swiped and totaled it out on route 495 Northbound, in the Lowell MA area.. A kind man stopped to ask me if I was ok, he was from Commonwealth, (and I saw the logo on his shirt), he saw the Commonwealth logo on my car and wanted to see if I needed any help because, he said ""we are in the Commonwealth family"! I thought that was so nice of him to stop, traffic was heavy at this time of day...I remembered his face and when my car was deemed a TOTAL LOSS, I returned to the dealership to buy a new car. I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I picked up today. I saw this kind gentleman again today when I returned to pick up my vehicle,(at that time I did not know his name but remembered his face) and thanked him for his kindness...He remembered me too. His name is Kevin Petersen. He happily showed me all the features of the car I now own and I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and respect shown to me... I was so "touched" by the kind and respectful demeanor of this gentleman. If a simple "COMMONWEALTH" logo on the back of the car is enough to make a person stop and offer assist to a scared and somewhat hysterical woman on a busy interstate highway, then being part of the Commonwealth Family, (as he put it) is certainly the way to go. This car dealer has a HEART! I am very happy with my new vehicle and thankful for remaining in the Commonwealth clan. More

He listened to what amenities and style of car I wanted, walked out onto the lot, and produced the exact vehicle I was hoping for. It was eerie. This young man was the epitome of a gentleman. He was friendly, upbeat and interested in what I had to say. And although he very much wanted to sell me a car, I did not feel pressured in the least.
