Great! We came in to nose around and check out a few different cars that peaked our interested, ended up leaving with one! The vehicle we wanted was a bit out of our price range, ( we didn't realize how much they went for). We were ready to leave and Bobby came over, chatted with us a bit, and made a few suggestions. He went back, ran a few numbers, pulled up a car, we loved it, we bought it! Hiram is awesome! Purchased our other vehicles with him(finance). Many years ago, my credit wasn't the best, other's would say "sorry we can't help you". Hiram, always had a solution and was always able to make the deal work. Now my credit is great, and I still insist on going to him for finance. I requested him after my wife and I decided on a car. It felt as if we were sitting with a friend we have known for years. Great, outgoing guy! I have used the service department before with my old Nissan. Jonathan in the service department has always been great when I needed anything specifically Nissan. My first car ever purchased was at Chevy and honestly, I still continue to bring all my cars (yes I will with my new Nissan too) to Sandra in Chevy Service. She treated me with the utmost respect and top notch quality service years ago when I purchased my very first car at commonwealth. She is ALWAYS smiling, & ALWAYS makes time in her busy schedule when there's an "emergency" and I need to get my car fixed. That is my over view of Commonwealth (So Far) More

Got a great value for my trade and an excellent deal on the new car. I was not pressured and visited the dealer few times. My sales rep Victor Jimenez was very helpful and great to deal with. Lamar McLaughlin (Big shout-out), the Sales Manger who helped with pricing and consulted me on options was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with; friendly, patient and truly helpful. At the time of delivery Victor was on vacation so anther sales rep, Angel, took me with ease through the paperwork and ultimately had the car ready for pickup. Angel even took the time to go online and cancel my old plates. Finance manager was courteous and quite helpful which made my total positive experience complete. Also, another shout-out to Bobby Barry for being friendly and extremely helpful. I can see why the dealership's slogan is Shop Us Last as for sure they deliver on best experience and value. I am confident that my experience with their service will be the same. I recommend this dealership. More

friendly service at commonwealth Nissan I just installed four tires for my Nissan Rogue. At first I went to install only two at other but none seems to have them in stock. I only wanted two I just installed four tires for my Nissan Rogue. At first I went to install only two at other but none seems to have them in stock. I only wanted two because they are very expensive. then i went to Commonwealth Nissan. they had them in stock. they also explain to me why I should get four tires. I m grateful that they did. replacing only two tires can cause my AWD to malfunction and will create more expensive problems in the future. And to make the deal sweet, I cost much less than what I was expecting. they were definitely the cheapest. Oh yes, they have free coffee and delicious cookies. More

Treated like a piece of trash Everything went great, until I purchased my car. I went in to Commonwealth Nissan to purchase a used 2012 Nissan Murano on Wednesday September 9th Everything went great, until I purchased my car. I went in to Commonwealth Nissan to purchase a used 2012 Nissan Murano on Wednesday September 9th in hopes to give my current car (mini-van) to my sister with two kids. I told the dealership that I would be dropping my current car off over the weekend to my sister, and they said that's no problem and the Nissan should be ready by that Friday (two days later). Well, Monday rolls around and I hadn't heard anything from the dealership about the car, and my sales rep (Jovel Ortega) had ignored all of my phone calls and emails. I tried to get in contact with the finance manager (Eric Krist), but the only thing he said was that he didn't know how long it would take. Finally, a week after purchasing the car Eric contacts me back and says that the car's title won't be in for another two weeks. I was car-less throughout this whole ordeal, and was struggling to find ways to get to/from work. I asked the dealership several times what they normally do for someone in my situation, but the only answer I got was that I had to wait for my car (no reimbursement, rental car, etc)...This was completely unacceptable as they led me to believe I would be getting my car in a timely manner, but then they expect me to wait three weeks for the car. This wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was they pretended that this whole ordeal is completely normal, and they treated me like a piece of garbage after I purchased the car. The people that I dealt with weeks later were certainly not the same people several weeks before when they did not receive my money. I have since received a refund from the dealership, but not without another major struggle. I had to drive over an hour out of my way just so they could refund my card. The only thing I received through Commonwealth Nissan was a lot of stress, and a major headache. If you're in the market for both of those, then this is the place for you. More
