This past fall my husband purchased a used vehicle from him, and when it became apparent I needed to replace my minivan, there was no one else we wanted to work with. We found Joval to be equally as adept and pleasant to work with when leasing a new vehicle, as when we purchased a used vehicle. He was honest, and it was clear that his colleagues respect him as we leased a Honda and it was a seamless transition between buildings and staff. He answered any questions we had and his follow through was commendable. Commonwealth has found lifelong customers in us as long as Jovel continues to work there! More

Tried Leasing or buying a car My wife went there to lease or buy a new car a couple of weeks ago. She test drove a pathfinder and loved it. She was ready to sit down and prepare setting up the paperwork. When the salesperson came back to her with a number it was over $200 what the online price said for a lease. When she questioned the sales person he said he would ask the finance manager. He then came back with a price $100 over the internet add again and said it was only a two year lease when she was looking for a three year lease. She once again pointed out the internet add which clearly stated a three year lease. The sales person went back to the finance manager and this time they both came back to her and said they could do it for the price which was clearly offered in their ad. She then said she was going to think about it and the finance manager said to her that they were not used to dealing with educated customers and were sorry for the confusion. They then called and said they would right their wrong if we came back in, so we did and didn't even offer us anything else to correct their poor policy of lying to customers. The only thing that was done was the finance manger was constantly writing down numbers on a piece of paper stating how his deal was the best and was making us look foolish for not taking his offer. Not once was anything offered to us to correct their wrongs from the other day. The only time something was offered was when we started walking out the door and they then let us walk over $500 for a $30,000 sale. This is a very poor business plan and structure. This is not a place I would go to to buy a car because they lied to her multiple times. Poor sales techniques by both the sales person and finance manager. More
