He was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The Sales Manager, Franklyn Veloz, was very professional and willing to work with us to get the best deal possible. oil change today i went to the commonwealth nissan with my toyota for a oil change,i have never gone there before but i thought i would give them some some wo today i went to the commonwealth nissan with my toyota for a oil change,i have never gone there before but i thought i would give them some some work.I walked in and asked if they could change the oil in my toyota fj rick said sure we can.so he wrote up repair order for the oil change,and asked me if i have ever bought a vehicle from there dealership and i said no,the posted sign had a compassion of other places and whatthey charge for aoil change.after the repair order was printed rick wrot on the repai order $ 38.88 for the service,i asked what was the $ 28.88 oil change he said it is $ 10.00 more if you didnt buy the car from there dealership.I think this is very tacky and i feel like i was being punished for not buying a car from them,well they got me this time,it would never happen again because i wont be back any time soon,and i will let everyone i know about this place More

I had a 2000 Toyota corolla with 200,000 miles on it. I was worried for the winter so I set out to buy a car. I was looking for an affordable used car. I was originally looking for a newer Toyota Corolla but the millage and cost did not fit my budget. Then I decided to try my local car dealership, Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence MA. I have lived near the dealership since I was 6 years old. My aunt and I ventured down to the Nissan part of the dealership. We had already had an eye on a 2012 Nissan Versa S. It was in my price range and only had about 15,000 miles on it. We went down for a test drive and our salesman Victor Jimenez was phenomenal. He described the car to me with excellent detail. He did not pressure me at all and was a pleasure to go on the test drive with. He answered all questions that I had and left me confident knowing I had made the right decision to buy the car from Commonwealth Motors. The car was certified preowned and looked brand new. I am in love with my 2012 Nissan versa that I got from Commonwealth Motors. I loved the great deal of hospitality and service that I received from Commonwealth Motors. Your salesman Victor Jimenez does an Amazing job! From now on if my vehicle needs service I will bring it straight to Commonwealth Motors. I recently visited a different Nissan dealership that just opened up closer to where I live for a simple oil change and it was the opposite there. Every employee there was either too busy, not friendly, or even worse, tried selling me on 50 different things that I didn't need or want like a JiffyLube would do and then over charged me at the time of checkout!!! At Commonwealth of Nissan I can HONESTLY SAY that EVERY EXPERIENCE has been WONDERFUL!!! When I first bought my vehicle, there at Commonwealth, every single employee came over to shake my hand, welcome me to Team Nissan, congratulated me on my first vehicle purchase and made me feel awesome. Today, I visited Commonwealth of Nissan for an oil change and a recall, and was greeted immediately by the whole staff. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention I brought my dog and the employees even made him feel like part of the family too!!! Asking if he needed any water, if they could watch him while I had to cash out, saying hi you name it. Going the extra mile After having an extremely bad experience with Kelly Nissan I decided to try Nissan out again based off the fact I really want the Nissan Versa Note an After having an extremely bad experience with Kelly Nissan I decided to try Nissan out again based off the fact I really want the Nissan Versa Note and went in to Commonwealth with the mindset that if I was not treated properly I would be picking a completely different car. We arrived and were quickly greeted by Michael, our energetic sales associate. I was out right with him that I was looking to discuss numbers and had a bad experience with Kelly Nissan and pretty much wanted a straight forward visit to the dealership. Michael still took the time to completely go over the Note with us. Insisted I take a test drive again. Michael was great he answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer right off the bat he would speak to Bobby to obtain the answer. Lets just say because of Michael's attitude and willingness to explain/assist made my decision so much easier. After signing papers and coming to an agreement, Bobby came over and made sure everything was fully explained to us. He let us know that this was Michael's first sale! I was in awe along with my boyfriend. Jokingly before making my way to finance with Jeff, I said to Michael that I hope my car comes with a big red bow on it (like the show room cars for the Christmas in July sale). Michael assured me he would do everything in his power to make this happen. Finance was a cake walk, Jeff explained everything and assured me he would follow-up the next morning with an e-mail to tell me my financing with the credit union was good to go. By 10 AM I had an e-mail from Jeff stating I was all set and was able to pick up the car next day. Michael unfortunately was tied up when we arrived and I met with Jeff again to sign papers and then was greeted by another sales associate who brought me to my car. To my surprise, Michael had decorated the inside of my car with tiny christmas bows. Thank you Michael for going to the extra mile. Congratulations on your first car sale and I'm really happy it happened to be me. More
