I had done extensive research before arriving at Commonwealth Kia and I had read nothing but great reviews from various sources about this dealership. My initial expectations were to simply test drive the vehicle and get a competitive price, but after sitting down with the sales rep and discussing pricing, it was clear that they were committed to providing me with the best deal for my vehicle. The friendly and responsive nature of the entire sales staff kept me firmly planted. Even though they did not have my desired vehicle color, they even went as far as to bring a vehicle of the same color into a lit garage for me to see. The fact that I had to wait a few days for my vehicle to arrive from another dealership was far outweighed by the fair price I was offered and the knowledge that my vehicle would be serviced at a reputable location by friendly people who cared.
