Overall I had a very positive experience. I spent the past 5 months looking for a new car because the need was not yet there. In that time I went to 5 different dealerships and I definitely felt the most past 5 months looking for a new car because the need was not yet there. In that time I went to 5 different dealerships and I definitely felt the most appreciated at this dealership. The people were all really friendly and willing to help me. It was not just my salesman but all of them were willing to help (not the case at the other dealerships). The environment felt very clean and polished and everything went really smoothly. At no point did I feel as though MR was trying to take advantage of me and I feel really good about the deal on my 2013 Kia Rio 5. It's my first Kia but assuming the car doesn't let me down I will be going back to Commonwealth. More

I went into the dealership with the intent on just looking at the Optimas. Bob was the salesman that introduced himself to us and began showing us the cars. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We were VERY lucky to have Edgardo Ayala assist us again. Edgar was AMAZING!!!! He was the BEST salesman, he made my son & myself (again) feel so comfortable & happy. Edgar took the time to listen to our needs & wants, he was understandable to our financial situation, he never pressured myself nor my my son to go in any direction we didn't want to go in, he was comforting to my son's fears of owning/leasing a new car, he took his time to explain in detail everything we were getting in to & our options, he went above & beyond to help us with EVERYTHING!! I was looking for my first car after I graduated college and got a job, both my parents have gotten Kia cars at Commonwealth and have had positive experiences, so it is the first place I went. Normally they have dealt with Robert McLean and enjoy working with him, but he was out when we went so instead we worked with Ivan Lovera. Ivan was very helpful in every aspect from helping me stay within my budget, making sure I understood my financing options, and making sure I left with the car I wanted, and happy. More
