I was nervous and thought maybe because of my age the sales guy would take advantage but it was the opposite! Robert showed me all the cars that would benefit me and that was within my budget he didn't Rush and he wasn't pushy for me to make a quick desicion he was very helpful.. Mark also was patient when signing the papers he explained throughly what we were signing and even gave us good advice.. I drove in to the service garage with no appointwment concerned that if I drove much further I would do more damage to the engine. Fred to.d me to just leave the car with them and they would work it in. I was offered a ride back home from one of your drivers who was very friendly and courteous (can't recall his name). Paul called me back in less than 4 hours telling me the car was all set and they completed 2 computer upgrade recalls. Just outstanding service and taking care of the customer!!!! More
