First car for my daughter Honest, friendly and knowledgeable......great experience! I had called the day before for pricing and was given those prices in fewer than 10 minutes. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable......great experience! I had called the day before for pricing and was given those prices in fewer than 10 minutes. When I came the next day with my wife and daughter we were greeted by Shaun Berryman and in a matter of minutes, along with Robert McLean we had a Soul to test drive. My daughter and I had driven a Soul at another dealership so we both knew enough about the car that the test drive was a short one. We returned and I said this is the car she wanted and within two hours of being greeted we had finished all the business and had leased the car. This was on Saturday so we had to wait until Monday to get the car registered. Shaun took care of all of that and at 5pm this evening we left the dealership with the car. You could not ask for a more pleasant experience. I would feel very comfortable in recommending this dealership to anyone. PS...when the car was ready Robert McLean could not have been nicer and kinder to my daughter. He went through all the important parts of the handbooks and the setup of the car. He took a great amount of time to make her feel safe and comfortable. You should proud to have such a dedicated emplyee. More
