I had absolutely no interest in the Kia (Sportage) but Ivan sold me, even thought I had a completely different vehicle on my mind at another dealership. I also went to quite a few other dealerships in my search for a new car. Got a great deal and after a few weeks with this car I am so pleased! Easy, Painless and pressureless experience I shopped around and analogize car shopping as going to the dentist. I was disgusted at the bait and swap tactics by some of the dealers I went to. Ads in the Herald and Boston Globe by those other dealers were nothing but tactics to get a buyer in the door. AND I BOUGHT INTO IT! Traveled far distances to get that deal only to learn that the deal offered didn't exist any longer. I quickly walked out of those dealers when the advertised price wasn't even close to what the end price was. I was relunctant to make the drive to Lawrence but glad I did. Paloma and Natasha were the best to deal with. No upselling, no bait and switch. Just and easy, honest, and painless experience. That ad shop us last is true. I did just that and glad I did. Paloma told me the price and when I arrived, that was the price. Natasha made the experience painless. No add ons, no misleading statements, no pressure to buy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!
