Between Nicole Carrasco who helped to ensure they had the car I wanted (and I was very specific), to Bob Nerden and the rest of the team that made sure they worked within my financial parameters and my very busy schedule, which included meeting me one evening just before they closed. Since I was buying a car that hadn't been delivered yet, Bob kept me well informed of the progress. Bob gave me a very quick but informative tour of all the new/fun convenience features of the vehicle! He also helped set up certain applications like pairing my phone and if I had a power cord at the time, he would have helped with setting up Car Play but he showed and told me how to do it. Last, he followed up to ensure that I spoke with my insurance company and to remind me to pick up my new registration and have my new vehicle inspected. The inspection is free the first time. I LOVE my new car!! THANK YOU! More

very fair with pricing I didn't want to haggle a lot about a car purchase so I did my research on what is a fair price to purchase the car would be prior to going to the dea I didn't want to haggle a lot about a car purchase so I did my research on what is a fair price to purchase the car would be prior to going to the dealership. While the online price was quoted much lower than the advertised price it included all the rebates/dealer incentives which I wasn't able to take advantage of any of these. Bob Nerden was my salesperson and explained to me that the online price included all the rebates. Which didn't make me happy but he really went to work to show me different ways to get the deal done and be within my targeted monthly payment. They had a car on the lot which had a sunroof that I didn't want but the sales manager said he'd split the MSRP with me. Even with that I wanted them to find a car with no sunroof for the price I wanted. When they couldn't find a car w/o a sunroof Bob worked with the sales manager to go down further on the sunroof price. All in all Bob was great, easy going, listened to what I wanted, explained the dealership service and when we went to pick up the car spent a lot of time going over everything dealing with the electronics and working components of the car. I really hate buying cars but Bob made it as palatable as possible. More
