What's the point of making an appointment I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced Saturday morning and when I arrived I was told that it would be at least 2 hours before my car coul I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced Saturday morning and when I arrived I was told that it would be at least 2 hours before my car could be taken in. Apparently is first come first serve basis... I don't have 2 hours to waste and that's why I had made an appointment... what's the point of making an appointment!? Needless to say, I will be taking my car to a different dealer for services. And will also have my family take their car to another dealer!!! More
