I then contacted Shaun at Commonwealth via email and he responded within an hour to my email and confirmed that they had the car I was looking for. My husband was then contacting Shaun as well to work out the price, once we had the price settled, we went to the dealership about 30 minutes before they closed. Everyone could not have been nicer, considering we were keeping them at work longer than they probably wanted to be there. We worked with Bob as well and he took care of the sale and also then when we picked up the vehicle a few days later. He went over everything in the vehicle and was so easy to deal with, very friendly and answered all the questions we had. I really cannot recommend Commonwealth Kia enough, I do not enjoy the car buying process at all, but they made it very easy and not at all stressful. Lisa More
