They were efficient in doing this, in a timely manner and the vehicle was delivered in the promised timeframe. Went to meet the finance man who tried to sell me the extras that would have pushed the monthly costs significantly. When I checked with people in the know they let me know that the so called extras were unnecessary. Went to Commonwealth KIA met with Bob Nerden, great salesman, who was patient with all my questions especially with financing. He never tried to steer me into a more expensive model or with a car with a lot of bells and whistles. (I am more of a basic model man). I met with the Business Manager, Eric Krist, who never tried to pressure me with any unnecessary extras. All in all I had a great experience with Commonwealth KIA and am now driving a new KIA Forte. More
