Without making a prior appointment, I've given Commonwealth Honda an excellent review because of their quality work and outstanding customer service. Without making a prior appointment, I arrived at their service center on 04Aug17 to get an oil change and tire rotation. Steven McAllister greeted me immediately, asked about the reason for my visit, and asked me to follow him over to his station. Steve looked up my service record and quickly informed me that I should defer the tire rotation to my next visit since I just had two new tires put on the front of my car. He quickly drafted up the paperwork, reviewed it with me so that I fully understood the work being performed, and escorted me to the waiting room area which has plenty of comfortable seating along with coffee and cookies. I also took advantage of Commonwealth’s quiet working room to get some things done while I waited for the service to complete. The service was completed on time, and Steve promptly came to the waiting area to inform me that everything looked good. I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More

My favorite place! When I was looking for my first car I had very limited opportunities due to my nonexistent credit history. I went to commonwealth and my sales guy Jonuel Pitta made me feel very comfortable throughout the process, he helped me look for my best options but most importantly something I could afford. When I chose the car I wanted, Brian Philo from financial services worked hard and diligently with me to get me the best rate I could get at the time. He worked with multiple places to get me a good rate which is why I recently went back. I wanted to upgrade my car after only one year and Brian made that possible. I went from a 2012 civic to a 2015 accord still owing 80% of my loan towards the civic. He worked to lower the price of the car, get me an AMAZING interest rate (10% below what I had), and on top of all that he managed to use my unused warranty from my previous car and applied it toward lowering the price of my new car even more. I can honestly say I had the best experience not cause I went to commonwealth but because I was in the hands of Brian and Jonuel. They're the best at what they do and I will only see them! Commonwealth should appreciate employees like them because they are honestly what makes me go back every time. More

Commonwealth Honda is the BEST! I have rarely taken the time to write a review on any service but, this time I just had to. Since the moment I pulled in I was already ashamed because I have rarely taken the time to write a review on any service but, this time I just had to. Since the moment I pulled in I was already ashamed because I entered only a few minutes before closing time. To my surprise Jonuel Pitta the sales rep was amazing ,very down to earth yet so professional. I felt so comfortable the whole time nothing like the feeling I always get when shopping and feeling like one is trying to sell sell sell. I was upfront about my low credit score and they said "don't let that fool you ,we work with all credit" . I already was recommended from a family member to ask for Brian Philo. To my surprise he was better than what I thought. He impressed me with the interest rate ,the car approve, and how fast they work! He was super kind, I even told him WOW you guys are amazing , want to work here. I was treated as if I been a customer for years with total respect and compassion. Honestly Honda sells it self that's a giving but to , but to be accompanied by wonderful people you don't get that every where my family is greatful !
