No other place gave me the level of customer service that Commonwealth did. Brian Philo went above and beyond in ensuring I was happy with what I was purchasing. Having not known much about Honda in general, he was really informative and patient during the process of looking at different models. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the car process. Brian takes the time to get to know customers on a personal level and doesn't rush you or make it all about a sales transaction. I appreciated the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Jane Moran was also very helpful during the car process. She was patient, easy to talk to and understanding. She took the time to explain all features of the new car and let me test drive as much as I wanted before making my decision. Gilberto was helpful in answering questions and explaining the differences between models as well. Overall I am very happy with my new Accord Sport and would highly recommend this dealership. More
