Hope was lost I was found :) I'm a single mother with 3 children, needed to go back to work after having a baby and was desperate for a vehicle. I went to Carmax vulnerable, my credit was not so great. I was put in a 2008 jeep at a 21% APR for 6 years!!! I didnt know any better this was my first time financing a vehicle, started having problems with the car the first month. I tried to trade in vehicle, refinance, I tried everything with no luck, until I was referred to Honda by a good friend of mine and was told to ask for Brian Philo. So I went in asked for this Brian fellow, we went into his office he heard a little of my situation and immediatly called over a sales man Jonuel Pitta to show me around. Jonuel was very interested in what I was looking for in a car. We test drove a couple and he gave me his honest opinion on which ones would benefit me, mind you they didnt even run my credit history yet, this is how sure Brian was that he can get me out of my current situation. So once I decided which car I was interested in Brian went to work, talked to banks, made magic!!! Never in a millon years did I think I would get approved after visiting 8 different dealerships, kept getting denied, asked for co-signers, was asked for thousands of dollars in down payments, and 53 hard inquiries later I walked out of Honda Commonwealth motors with a BRAND NEW 2017 Honda civic, with a monthly payment I can afford and better piece of mind. This is definitely why everyone should shop them last!!! :) More

Brian Philo is the man! I went in to commonwealth Honda feeling a bit apprehensive, there's always those negative thoughts before entering a dealership . The staff at Commonwealth always makes me feel valued. I went in for servicing and found out my warranty expired. Steve in service was very open and honest with me and explained what was wrong with my car. Moments later I received a call from Joel who explained he was confident he could get me into a new car and possibly lower my payment if not keep it close to what i was currently paying. He asked me for 30min of his time to explain how he could help me. I wasn't the easiest to convince but he sure did a heck of a job making me understand the value of the trade in. We also worked with Enyel who also very honestly and professionally explained all the benefits of trading in my used car. After working their magic they got me into a comfortable deal with a BRAND NEW 2017 Accord. Later that day i met Brian. I don't think i laughed so much during the signing of any of our vehicles until that day. He was amazing! He was also able to work magic to get us approved even after we thought it was impossible. Because of experiences like this I will ALWAYS continue to purchase my vehicles from Commonwealth Motors. Mr. Daher has a great team behind him. John bent over backwards to get us the lowest possible price during the financing stage of the process. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of in a dealership! They run a tight ship there and try their best to take the hassle out of the process. What a difference from walking into other dealerships that just want your money and dont care to listen to your concerns about your budget (ahem, atamian.) Our salesman Lissandro was so patient and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Every anxiety I had going into this process was relieved by the time I walked out of that door. More
