Within abut I have had to take my car in to have service. 1st oil change cause they never apparently checked my oil before it left the lot because it was black. When I did get it I noticed how the rear passe 1st oil change cause they never apparently checked my oil before it left the lot because it was black. When I did get it I noticed how the rear passenger side brake looked and asked to be checked and they told me it was fine. The car is a 2016 low miles when I got it and I have only put on a little over 5000 miles in a year and my rear brakes went out. With purchasing all the extended warranty and being told and having faith in them that all I had to do was to pay the $100 deductible because that’s what my pamphlet said I had to pay almost the entire amount for the whole back side of brakes without even a call or my permission with what they were doing to my car. At First I had the impression from the get go about this dealership but after the first visit I want to cringe if anything happened cause I felt like I was being taken advantage of with anything of my car. I’m one of those ones that’ wants to put my trust and faith in a business because I don’t know a lot about vehicles and apparently I was wrong with this one. So becareful when purchasing any vehicles or extra warranties from this dealership.. Look over every little thing and ask questions. Don’t take anything for granted from them. . More
