Vince is a super guy to deal with. Was having some transmission trouble. Vince and the Crew fixed us up. Our 2018 Ford Flex is running better than ever! We live 1-1/2 hours away in PA - the dealership transmission trouble. Vince and the Crew fixed us up. Our 2018 Ford Flex is running better than ever! We live 1-1/2 hours away in PA - the dealership did such a great job on the transmission that a couple weeks later when we needed new tires - we drove back over and got new tires from Vince and the Crew. Everyone there treats us very good. We bought our vehicle there about a year and a half ago from Rodney and he's a super guy! If we need anything in the future, we'll be back! The people were nice, or Salesman was helpful, however we were very disappointed in how dirty it was at delivery. It smelled like smoke on the inside that was covered up by an air freshener but freshen it d were very disappointed in how dirty it was at delivery. It smelled like smoke on the inside that was covered up by an air freshener but freshen it did not. There was tobacco in the center console and food crumbs under the front seats. Also we had to take it back twice to get the rust on the doors painted, the first time we were told it was done but nothing had been done to it when we picked it up the next day. We live an hour away so time lost. More
