Not very happy Columbia Ford has always done great work, but in this case they fell short. Had a 10AM appointment for a recall of engine block heater. Dropped off at Columbia Ford has always done great work, but in this case they fell short. Had a 10AM appointment for a recall of engine block heater. Dropped off at 10AM and waited several minutes for customer service to check me in. Came back at 4:30 to pick it up (appointment was 10 to 4:30) and vehicle was not ready. Was advised it would be another 25 minutes. 1:30 minutes later I was still waiting and was about to tell them I would be back the next day, but no one was available to talk to. Finally about 6:10 the Truck drove out and was ready to go. Im not sure they even started on it until I showed up at 4:30. I understand things happen, but why make an appointment time at 10 AM, which I waited for almost 4 weeks to get. If Work cannot get accomplished by end time of appointment, where are the customer service priorities? I understand issues arise, but adjust accordingly and keep the customer advised. More

Oil change I called to schedule my oil change and was given an appointment less than a week out. When I arrived and said I would be waiting for the car, I was a I called to schedule my oil change and was given an appointment less than a week out. When I arrived and said I would be waiting for the car, I was asked if I needed a complimentary ride somewhere in town while the oil was being changed. The car wash was a nice, welcome touch as well. The car was done in a timely manner, smiles all around. Thank you for your wonderful attitudes!! More

It was about 4hr from the scheduled appointment to when they got back to us and all we had was a loose steering wheel.The problem got fixed but the waiting is not appropriate. Even to just get a oil change is painful,I went to another provider to get oil changed. More
