We notify the service department it is a Quality Fleet Care vehicle, and they know what level of service to provide. I called the service department on a Wednesday to schedule a routine oil change for the following week. I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. When service was completed, I noted the service report didn't include tire rotation, etc., as it should. When asked why, no one could tell me. My tire dealer had informed me the brake rotors were quite worn when I changed to winter tires, & provided an estimate to do the work. I explained I would have to go through the Ford dealership. Before leaving the service department after the oil change, I asked to schedule a brake job. A gentleman (a service writer?) asked a young lady to take care of what I needed. I explained what was needed, and she scheduled an appointment for the coming Friday (4 days later). I reminded the young lady it is a Quality Fleet Vehicle, and they would need to call ahead of time for approval of the work if it would be over $XXX.XX. When I arrived on Friday morning for the appointment, I was told my service writer, a gentleman, would help me in a few minutes. I explained that I did n't speak to a gentleman, but to a young lady when I made the appointment. I identified the young lady that I am quite sure assisted me, and asked if fleet had been called for approval of the work. She did not know what I was talking about, and tried to tell me the gentleman was my service writer. I explained I did not speak to the gentleman, but to a young lady. I explained the vehicle had been in the dealership several times over the past 4 years, and all the information should be in the computer file. No one could find it. The service manager told the young lady what she needed to do. The courtesy shuttle took me home. The young lady in the service department called early Friday afternoon to report she had gotten approval for the work, but the dealership did not have the necessary parts. The parts would not be delivered until Monday. I explained I was disappointed by this, and that is why I made the appointment ahead of time & reminded them to call for authorization, and they could have the parts on-hand. She tried to tell me a gentleman was my service writer, and I explained I did not speak to a gentleman, but to a young lady at the time I made the appointment. Similar scenarios happened at this dealership with a previous fleet vehicle I drove. They would neglect to call for authorization, and when they did call after I arrived for the appointment, they did not have the parts to do the work. I've received stellar service at other Ford dealerships in the region I travel for my job. I will never return to this dealership for service of the fleet vehicle, or my personal Ford vehicle. More

This is more accurately a review of Ford, not the dealer. If I could rate Ford and not the dealer, my rating would be much lower. The shop had my truck for a full month to repair the sun roof. The reason that it took that long was that they would try the measure Ford gave them to repair, then they had to wait several days to get the next possible fix. As I stated, it took a month for them to go through this very ineffective process. So a month of auto payment with no auto. Fortunately I had another car to use but keeping someone’s car in the shop for a simple sunroof repair is not acceptable customer service. More

The car is fine. I was not sent with paperwork describing the loan, costs, charges etc. I was sent with three pieces of documentation, a buyers order, a gap addendum, and a trip permit form.
