Great service! I bought my Nissan Xterra here when they still had Nissans. I’ve been taking my car in to Portland for warranty work since the Longview one was close I bought my Nissan Xterra here when they still had Nissans. I’ve been taking my car in to Portland for warranty work since the Longview one was closed. However, I recently had a sad experience at the Portland one so decided to try Columbia again and was very happy with the service. I will be returning 👍🏾 More

Not worth the time and inconvenience to get an oil change. Had my Expedition in for an oil change scheduled for 1:00 pm. I was there at 12:55pm. I did the check-in and went to the waiting room. At 2:15 pm I Had my Expedition in for an oil change scheduled for 1:00 pm. I was there at 12:55pm. I did the check-in and went to the waiting room. At 2:15 pm I went to the service counter and asked if my oil change was done. No one knew, so a counter man went into the shop to see if the Expedition was done. He came out and said they would bring it around to the door. DOES IT TAKE 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE AN OIL CHANGE??? When I got home I noticed 2 oily footprints on my driver's side car mat. I was so mad that I drove back to Columbia Ford, arriving at 3:35 pm. I asked if they stopped using paper coverings over the carpeting so floor mats or carpeting doesn't get soiled. Then showed them my dirty floor mat. I asked them to clean it. They did, taking 10-15 minutes to do so. I thanked them and left. So I wasted more than 3 hours of my time for a 30 minute oil change. My time is important to me---thanks a lot Columbia Ford. More
Timely and Efficient Service Made an appointment online for a recall service for my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Service manager said it would be ready in about an hour to an hour and a half so we went out to lunch and when we got back in just over an hour it was all ready. Very friendly staff, they even had chocolate chip cookies being handed out by their greeter. Great experience overall! More
