Service is hit or miss. I waited several hours for mounting and balancing new 16" tires on stock wheels despite having an early morning appointment. Unfortunately service failed to properly perform an expensive Road Force balance and I had to immediately return and have it reworked to get it right. I understand good help is hard to get but a higher level of service is expected from this type of dealership; you have to train your employees on this vital piece of equipment. It is hard to find a garage that cares to do it right... I am still looking. More

My wife's vehicle was in the shop for one week. I am/was okay with this, as I understand it is an older vehicle and there are still issues getting parts through the proverbial pipeline. I was not pleased, however, with the lack of communication about the vehicle. While the dealership did provide an on-line portal to check on the vehicle's status, seeing but a message that says the work had not yet begun was not helpful. In addition, I did not receive any other communication as to where along the path to being fixed the SUV was. I called twice to check on the vehicle, but each time had to wait to speak to the particular service person who was handling my file. I am unsure why this is treated like a secret file. I also felt at least once that I was being told, "Don't call us; we'll call you." More
