Horrible horrible experience. They sell me. Brand new Ford Escape that already needs an entire cylinder head replaced. Was told that oil change was done & a flush to get rid of me They sell me. Brand new Ford Escape that already needs an entire cylinder head replaced. Was told that oil change was done & a flush to get rid of metal shavings supposedly left from manufacturer, & then after another breakdown on highway told at another dealer that the master-technician believes no work was ever done on vehicle. Not happy, not happy, & not happy. More
