I had been looking for a used explorer for 7+ mths when I found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. I was contacted by Adam but stated I wasn’t sure when I could get there, he was not pushy at all, he just found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. It was a very relaxing experience. I knew was interested in the vehicle and was able to get back in touch with Adam and come Back over to go over specific numbers , since I had a car to trade in . The process Was simple easy and had all the info I needed to make my decision. Two days later I went back to pick it up. Everyone at the dealership was polite and it was a very relaxed environment.
