Stay far far away from Colombia Ford Kia ! ! especially if your buying a used car there service department is less then honest! Said my Cadillac was 100% checked out I asked the salesman 3 times before I signed he assured it was nothing but problems cabin air never even looked at nor where the fluids transmission fluid dirty and burnt … this is a photo of the filter AC stunk and my wife’s allergy’s where acting up so I decided to check it This dealership wanted nothing to do with me after the sale sticking to The as is of the sale well I also asked if everything was checked and they lied MY ADVICE STAY AWAY or have the car sent to a mechanic you trust to verify that everything was in fact checked More

Was not in the least bit impressed. Vehicles are slopped together and put on the lot. They claim to have “state of the art” body shop and car wash. Their employees must have been on vacation when I went because nothing was clean, and a high school kid could have fixed common issues better. Then they followed up my horrible experience with an email, phone call, and a second email. All of which are of a bad review. Nothing done to make a change, just keep asking what I thought. Then they asked if I would recommend friends to them if they were looking for a new/used vehicle. Do yourself a favor and keep driving right by. It’s not even worth your time. More
