Let me start with how prompt Eli was when I sent an inquiry. He immediately responded and offered to set up a time to come and see it. In one of his emails he was already asking how my husband and I liked our coffees so he would have them ready. I joked that my twins would love hot chocolates. When we arrived everyone was incredibly welcoming. And Eli had those hot chocolates for my kids! The inside of the building is so unique. It doesn't feel like you're at a dealership. It feels like you're in a small town. They even have an indoor fish pond and water fall. The woman at the front desk offered all of us warm chocolate chip cookies and gave my twins fish food to feed the fish. Our sales guy Tony was a no pressure easy going guy. Answered all our questions and provided even more details we didn't think to ask about. Any time we had paperwork to do or waiting to do they allowed our twins to explore the dealership. Eli happily accompanied them to the point both of my kids told me he is their new friend and asked to come back again to see everyone! More
