I brought my 2019 Jeep in cash 2 1/2 years ago from this dealership. Never had any issues or problems with anyone until this evening. How is this person a sales manager!! I got a call right before the service department closed to pick up my Jeep . Once I got there they just closed . He tried to be smart by saying i should have made arrangements to have my keys brought up front for after hours pick up .How would I know they were closing soon after i got off the phone with the service department if he didn't mention it to me. I ask if it's someone he can call to get my keys , because I wouldn't have a ride back up there tomorrow. He turns and walk away and sat down in his office and started a conversation with another sales person. I'm standing there in front of his office thinking he was calling someone . Nope , he basically was in full disrespectful mode and sat there having a whole conversation with a sales person. I went outside told my husband what happened and he comes in to address him. This dude lied to my husband and said I walked away so he thought the conversation was done. Now I'm very upset that not only has he been rude and disrespectful. But you lying on me. Another sales manager over heard the dispute and offered to assist with any problems. He went back there got my kids and checked me out. So all this could have been avoided !!! I wouldn't recommend anyone , especially a woman to purchase a vehicle from him . More

I had been in contact with a sales person from CDJR and they were advised that they would be available when we arrived down there from a 2 hour drive. We arrived and they were not available and handed us o they were advised that they would be available when we arrived down there from a 2 hour drive. We arrived and they were not available and handed us off to another sales person who knew nothing about the deal. The price on their website was not honored and we had to talk them down just to get to a price close to what they had initially said the vehicle would cost. We have them a 10 day payoff quote from our vehicle we were trading in. The lender from our trade did not get the check for 16 days and therefore after the payoff check from CDJR posted we still owed money on the trade in. We made a 2 hour drive for a vehicle that we didn’t get at the price we were initially told and owed on our trade in after. When I called them in reference to this I was initially placed on hold for 20 minutes with no one answering my call and when I hung up and called back it took two people asking who I was 3 times before I was able to talk to someone about the issue. The Jeep we purchased has already had to be taken to the shop because the rear lift gate button does not work and we were told at CDJR that the power was just turned off and all we had to do was turn the power on for it to work. That was also not true as it was a bad switch that we are now waiting on a part for. Next time I will spend a little more money and not waste my time with them. More
One of the absolute worst car buying experiences I've had in a long time. We stopped at 9 dealerships during our purchasing process and I have to say that our experience at Columbia Chrysler was the worst. N in a long time. Not only did the sales person not listen to what we were hoping to find, but he then tried to sell us two cars that were completely outside of our budget. All while trying to play the old game of "we'll find a payment that works for you." How about this, listen to your customer, care about your customer and earn your customer's business the right way!
