Dishonest, very uncustomer oriented I was looking for a very specific jeep. I did my home work and research, except looking at dealer rather!I found just what I was looking for at this dealership. So I contacted them and I got a salesman by the name of Travis. I told him I was looking at this jeep I gave him the stock number and gave him ALL MY INFORMATION. I told them I did not want to sit at the dealership for hours on end. I ended up putting a deposit down on the jeep and told him I would be there tomorrow to pic it up,all depending on the interest rate they could get me,I kew what my back would do and told him. I called the next morning and could not get ahold of my salesman . Finally I get ahold of someone and tell them I need to know what the interest rate was. Finally he tells me what it was and it was a little cheaper than my bank. I told them I would be there in an hour to pick up the vehicle. So we drive an hour and get there ,we immediately go in and sign some of the initial paperwork,I was happy they were doing what they said. Our salesman told us to have a seat and wait for the finance guy .so we waited and 45 minutes go buy I walk up to the counter in the showroom where 4 guys are sitting and talking including our salesman .i told them I need to go and what's the hold up. They tell me I'm next 10 minutes ant the most. So 45 minutes go by and we are still sitting. Finally 2 hours from when we show up we go back to the finance office. We sit down and I ask to see the numbers. He goes on to tell me he got me the best rate and it was good, but still would not show me the numbers. After 5 or so minutes of listening to his jibber jabber,he shows me the figures. All the figures were right but the interest rate(3 points higher than agreed on over the phone. So I talk it over with my wife and we decide to get up and leave. Well wouldn't you know the finance guy pecks on his key board for 30 seconds ant the most ,and wouldn't you know he gets us a rate cheaper than what we were told on the phone. So we end up signing the paper work for the jeep. Then our salesman calls us on our way home to apologize about what went on,and he says I'm going to get you 4 free oil changes! Well if you buy a new Chrysler ,dodge or jeep vehicle,You automatically get 4 free oil changes . That just goes to show how dishonest they are. Do yourself a favor and avoid them . Bottom line is I hate being lied to and I hate to have my time wasted . I was lied to we were there 3 hours ,when the paperwork was supposed to be ready, the staff is unprofessional and very dishonest. If they would have told me hey I forgot to get the paperwork ready ,I would have told the ok we will be back in an hour or so and sign it . Just be honest is all I ask . I wish I would have read the reviews on the internet first. More

When I called initially I was told that the truck was available but not at the advertised price! Apparently the advertised price was for a special "fleet deal." Angered but still thinking I could get a good price on the trucks I asked well how much for just 1 truck instead of 20? After this I was informed that the trucks were no longer available and could not be sold. This is flagrant false advertising, no where on the auto-trader add was a special fleet price mentioned. Its just a distasteful way to get you to pick up the phone! More

I informed him I was there to pick up my truck and his comment was "Do you know where that is at ? Oh okay" and walked away. He was just there to sell, nothing else. If I was there for purchasing a vehicle, I would of went somewhere else. More
This dealership is less than honest (and thats' bad for a car dealersip) I was sold a car and given a sales purchase order including a VIN nubmer for a new car that the dealership did not even own, when I wa car dealersip) I was sold a car and given a sales purchase order including a VIN nubmer for a new car that the dealership did not even own, when I was supposed to pick the car up I was told they couldn't get the car and would try to find me another vechile and for my inconveience the car would have either an upgraded sound system or Bluetooth when they did get me the vechile it had neither, when I asked the sales person they said I got what I paid for and did nothing, my advice for any consumer dealing with this dealership is to make sure they have the vechile you want on their lot no matter what a salesperson says because you'll get the runaround from them and it will be a bad experience!
