ended up with a month long saga of trying to get the title We had a great time picking out our used Chevy Traverse, but then the drama started. We were given the car to take home being told that the title was being over-nighted from another sister dealership. Three days passed and I had to call a couple of times that day before they finally found out that the other dealer never even had the title, nonetheless had mailed it our way. So once every 7 days I was forced to go back to the dealership to get updated documentation that kept my car stay legal to drive. We were given the car on June 5th and were finally handed our registration on July 2nd. Throughout this 4 week process, we were told a handful of untruths about specific details regarding the whereabouts of the title and the exact details of what was needed from us. We also felt we didn't receive a true sincere apology. A manager never reached out to us, we were never offered compensation or even sympathy for our added extra travel (the dealership wasn't convenient for us to get to) We had to ask for gas compensation and were given it once and then had to ask again. Overall I love the car, but felt pretty disrespected, and its still hard to believe that I was given a car without the dealer really knowing the status of the title. I cannot in good faith recommend a dealership who operates like this. More

This was the only dealership I' visited, and the last one for that matter because of one guy, Walter Lahood. When I walked in, Walter greeted me a smile and immediately made me feel at home and welcome. He listened very well to what I had to say and what I needed, he couldn't have been more on the money. Absolutely love my new truck and it's perfect for me. The whole experience was great, the price, the professionalism, and just the friendliness of everyone walking around there. Walter played a huge roll in me signing that day which I wasn't planning on doing. His service and attitude was enough to convince me that I was in the right place and I felt safe and confident in making the decision. Walter made it easy for me. Thanks Walter!! More

Dishonest My 2017 Chevrolet Cruze was leaking water into the trunk. They had my vehicle for 6 days before they found the leak and made the necessary repairs. Turns out the water was coming in from the spoiler. I picked up my vehicle a day after we received 18 inches of snow. My car was obviously covered in snow and ice from the storm so I did not notice anything out of the ordinary. Come to find out I have a deep scratch about 10 inches right along the spoiler. I called and spoke to the service manager. He insisted the damage did not come from his department. This damage was not there prior to them servicing the vehicle and they refuse to make things right. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I understand that accidents may happen but to not have a person/business own up to there mistakes is just not good business. More

They made it easy to buy a car I went to the dealership one day knowing exactly what i wanted. I was expecting it would take at least a week or so being a first time buyer but 5 days later i got the car i wanted. There's an insurance agency 2 minutes right up the street and they took care of the registration and inspection and a full take of gas when i picked it up. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again More
