I cannot express how fabulous my experience was! Fist off, I absolutely hate car shopping, I'm super short, and extremely picky. I found the perfect car, Chevy Spark. I had a rather tight budget, have never purchased a new car before, and didn't have very good credit. Jose spent almost 5 hours straight getting me that car! He got the price to where I could afford it, got the payments exactly where I wanted them, and got me financed with the amount that I wanted to put down. He made this experience so simple and easy, he even let me print off my proof of address from his computer so I could finish everything that day and leave with my new car. I have NEVER had such a good experience buying a car!! I've had this car for almost 3 months now and I am absolutely loving it! I would definitely refer anyone I know purchasing a vehicle to Colonial West, and I am so glad I chose to stop there while I was car shopping! More

I had all of my Chevrolet Avalanche's brake lines replaced due to corrosion. Vehicle is older so it was understandable brake lines were bad. I had my truck towed in on a Saturday afternoon. I had a call Monday late afternoon with an estimate which was on par with labor rates, hours and amount of work involved. Gave Edison the okay to move forward. My phone rang Wednesday morning saying my truck was ready for pickup with the price matching the estimate. All brake lines replaced, alignment done and in MINT condition. When I say mint, it's because everything was fixed and they washed, waxed, buffed, dry and detailed my whole truck and it smelled and looked brand new as if it was off the assembly line. Bought a new 2009 Traverse have had nothing but trouble misfiring, front end work twice, timing chain, defrost went twice, leaks from fire wall, changed carpet twice, new tranny last year, in right now fo misfiring, front end work twice, timing chain, defrost went twice, leaks from fire wall, changed carpet twice, new tranny last year, in right now for tranny and leaky power steering, keep having trouble with their extended warranty, they only want to pay if I bring it back to them But I moved an hour away. I purchased a '09 Lexus from Colonial West in Fitchuburg on January 11,2013. It was by far the most pleasant expierence I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff was kind and courteous, Carlos Silvera made me feel informed and comforatable. I couldn't wait to sign on the dotted line. It's been about a month and I love my car and my payment is managable. I never thought I could afford a lexus! So excited! Big thanks to Carlos and all the crew at Colonial West...
