We recently purchased a used 2007 Ford F550. The dealership was great until the purchasing was done. I bought the truck for my excavating business, the salesman knew I would be towing my equipment dealership was great until the purchasing was done. When I got the truck home, I saw that the entire right side of the bed was cracked and the side was floppy. I called the dealership right away and they put a thin top coat over the crack and gave it back to me, like that was going to hold the bed together while i towed my equipment. The dealership then apologized profusely stating the service department had not gone over the truck thoroughly because it looked so nice! they took the truck again and put joices under the bed along the right side and gave it back. They didn't even fix the crack. Then they told me to get a quote from a body shop for what it would cost to fix it correctly. We did, $2000.00!!! Gave the dealership the quote and they said, they would take the truck back and fix it correctly and then sell it again, but they wouldn't pay to have it fixed correctly now, for me. Someone is service told me that the dealership knew the truck had problems, but it had been on the lot for 90 days and they just wanted to get rid of it. I am so disappointed that the dealership would deliberately sell a truck that couldn't preform the duties they sold it for. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I was referred to Colonial West by my uncle who had already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn't know exactly what I already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I liked about certain cars. Ivy had me drive numerous vehicles, even offering to get another vehicle transferred over so that I could drive it. After 2 more trips there, I finally purchased the car that Ivy recommended all along. She worked with me to help me find a new car that was a perfect fit for me and she did a phenomenal job. She worked to get the cost down to something I could afford and payments I could manage. She was patient, kind, and never pushy as some sales people are. My second trip there I also worked with Benny, and it was with him that I finally signed all the paperwork to take my car. I love my new Captiva and it is a perfect fit for me! I would recommend Colonial West to anyone looking for a new car. The were wonderful and really take the time to be sure you're happy and getting what you want and need. More

The good- I had a positive experience at this dealership. I would definitely recommend him as a dealer. The not as good- I was a little disappointed with the finance department. The guy who worked with me rushed me and wouldn’t breakdown the numbers for me (any rational consumer wants to know where their dollars are going). Terry the salesperson actually ended up getting me the breakdown of the numbers (again, another reason I’d recommend him as a dealer). Overall, I had a good experience. More

I called in on a Tuesday morning with transmission trouble and a lack of power on an older - 2003- Impala and was told to bring the car in as soon as I was able.
