I had a bankruptcy in December in 2014 . I didn't think I could get financed, but Jennifer Gray helped me so much she got me in a 2010 Chevy impala,I was very happy. She deserves a million stars,colonial west needs more Jennifer Grays. I had the best experience there with her she was so very nice,she made my day. Love This Place!!!!! Really!!!! After being jerked around big time by another Chevy Dealership, I was apprehensive about what to expect. I had received an E-mail from Ivy (Internet Dept) offering a great price on the car I had inquired about. I had shopped and shopped and put hours in online researching models, prices, and interest rates etc.. This was a great price! I figured there was some catch. No Catch!! Will Bryan helped me when I came into the Dealership. Will was fantastic!! The price had not changed and they didn't try to hard sell me on anything. They were even able to get me a better interest rate which I could not find on-line, through my Credit Union, or my other financing routes. Easy Easy Easy!!! I love Colonial West Chevrolet and it was definitely worth the 1.30 hr drive. Evryone was exceptional, down to earth, helpful, and friendly. Did I tell you that I love Will? This was the easiest car buying experience that I have had in over 30 years of buying cars. There is a reason this dealership has sooo many good reviews...they earn them! Love my new Traverse too!
