Great car buying experience . Arrived unannounced and was greeted by a friendly salesman who had customers ... he excused himself to find a salesman for me. SALESMAN TOMMIE greeted me with a smile as we walked to the very nice 2011 Equinox and after a test drive I was SOLD. NOW came the finance part where you sit and wait to find out YOUR not credit worthy however CARLOS did his magic. I was given a fair price for a trade , financed with approval after an hour. What a great car buying experience. I recommend Tommie, Carlos and the great team at Colonial WEst. The day I picked it up we had a storm rain everywhere and I had a small issue with window wipers... I returned to the service dept and they took care of it ASAP Thanks Chris and your great team for making my car safe. More
