Amazing Experience After visiting several Chevrolet Dealerships in search for a new truck and not being satisfied with the knowledge of the Sales Person or the price I w After visiting several Chevrolet Dealerships in search for a new truck and not being satisfied with the knowledge of the Sales Person or the price I was told by a co-worker I should go to Colonial-West Chevrolet in Fitchburg, Mass and ask to see Paul Smith. I contacted Paul by phone and explained to him what I was looking for and set up a time to meet with him. To my surprise when I arrived at the Dealership Paul greeted me as I was exiting my vehicle in the parking lot and had a New Silverado waiting for me to test drive. It was exactly the truck I had told him I wanted when we spoke on the phone. After we returned to the Dealership from my test drive John Lane appraised my trade in and Geno worked out a great price with out having to haggle. I drove away later that day in my new Silverado !
