He was very upfront with me and did not try to put on a show. I felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years. I literally had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted but I told him I just need 4wd and something reliable and safe for me and my son and he did the rest. He didn't pressure me once and made sure I was satisfied the whole time. He really put my needs first and made it a point to get me the best possible deal he could. He even drove all the way out to me to have me sign paper work rather than making me drive 40 minutes to do so. I can't say enough about how good this experience was with Bill and the whole dealership as a whole, I will certainly never buy a car from anyone other than him. Thank you Bill and Colonial West! ended up with a month long saga of trying to get the title We had a great time picking out our used Chevy Traverse, but then the drama started. We were given the car to take home being told that the title was We had a great time picking out our used Chevy Traverse, but then the drama started. We were given the car to take home being told that the title was being over-nighted from another sister dealership. Three days passed and I had to call a couple of times that day before they finally found out that the other dealer never even had the title, nonetheless had mailed it our way. So once every 7 days I was forced to go back to the dealership to get updated documentation that kept my car stay legal to drive. We were given the car on June 5th and were finally handed our registration on July 2nd. Throughout this 4 week process, we were told a handful of untruths about specific details regarding the whereabouts of the title and the exact details of what was needed from us. We also felt we didn't receive a true sincere apology. A manager never reached out to us, we were never offered compensation or even sympathy for our added extra travel (the dealership wasn't convenient for us to get to) We had to ask for gas compensation and were given it once and then had to ask again. Overall I love the car, but felt pretty disrespected, and its still hard to believe that I was given a car without the dealer really knowing the status of the title. I cannot in good faith recommend a dealership who operates like this. More

When I walked in, Walter greeted me a smile and immediately made me feel at home and welcome. He listened very well to what I had to say and what I needed, he couldn't have been more on the money. Absolutely love my new truck and it's perfect for me. The whole experience was great, the price, the professionalism, and just the friendliness of everyone walking around there. Walter played a huge roll in me signing that day which I wasn't planning on doing.
