Let me just tell you, Jeff was absolutely amazing and helpful throughout the entire process. I went in with a very specific amount to spend and he made sure not to exceed that amount. Unlike other dealerships where their salesmen continuously attempt to upgrade you to a more expensive car that is not in your budget, Jeff only showed me what I wanted to see. He explained everything very thoroughly and made me confident in my final decision after reviewing everything. With him being very sociable it made me feel more comfortable and at home while at the dealership. Overall, I am over joyed with my purchase and especially how quick everything was. The car was even transported to me as I was unable to get to it. I recommend Colonial West Chevrolet to anyone and everyone regardless of their budget. Thanks for my new Civic! More

Buying my new 2500HD High Country I want to pass along my excellent experience with folks at Colonial West Chevrolet. While looking for new vehicles, and not happy with the selection a I want to pass along my excellent experience with folks at Colonial West Chevrolet. While looking for new vehicles, and not happy with the selection at other dealerships, I stopped by their lot to see what trucks were available. As it was raining out, I did not stay very long, but sent a request via their website for more info about a truck I was interested in. Within an hour, I had a response to my email, along with additional info for another truck I may be interested it at an attractive price. I went back to the dealership that evening, where I was placed in the very capable hands of Jeff Neagle. Jeff was great to deal with, very courteous, professional, and important for me in buying a vehicle, not pushy. He answered all my questions or was able to find the answer quickly. In a few short hours, we had the paperwork signed. As I live in NH, I was told the truck would have to be delivered. We did the final paperwork at the town hall the next day. The truck arrived clean and ready for delivery. Jeff went over a few functions of the truck while he helped me transfer the plates to my new 2500. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend the crew at Colonial West Chevrolet. More
