I went to Colonial Volkswagen for my 10,000 maintenance check. Billy Mack treated me with exceptional customer service from the time I walked in to the time I left. I purchased my CC from Colonial in 2009 and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. I've owned many cars over the years, but this was my first VW. While the car itself is the best I've ever owned, it is the Service Dept that has really impressed me. Bill McGrath and the team are the most friendly and accommodating Service Dept I've ever seen. Appointments are easy to make. I usually wait at the dealership for the car, and the turnaround times are great. Bill keeps me informed about all the work the needs to be done, and I am always confident the cost if fair. My car just passed the 100,000 mile mark, and nobody but Colonial has ever touched the car. Still runs like the day I bought it. Bill and the guys at Colonial have made me a VW convert. Looking forward to buying my next one. More

I am the proud owner of a 2006 Passat 4motion 3.6 sport. Now that the car is out of certified warranty i was a little skeptical about going to the dealer for oil changes and routine service due to cost and Now that the car is out of certified warranty i was a little skeptical about going to the dealer for oil changes and routine service due to cost and etc. Let me tell you that it was the best decision i have ever made having my car serviced by the dealer after warranty!!! Not only are Bill Fallon, Billy Mac and Adam the most professional trio in the biz but the price is right....they washed my car and it was fast and done coerrectly!!! Dont sell your self short and go to the local Quick lube!! Thank You Colonial VW for everything that you provide me in the automotive field!!! More

I've only been here a few times since I purchased my Jetta and the service is amazing each time. Everyone I've been in contact with has been overally friendly and customer oriented. I didn't purchase my car at this dealership, but I feel like I am treated like I did-no hestitation by these service professionals. What really amazed me was how quickly my first first service was handled. I was in/out within no time. And, recently when I needed some body work as someone had already hit my bumper-Steve was so wonderful to work with. He truly took things under control and made it seamless for me. He said I would not even notice it had been hit when it was repaired and he was so right! I was really impressed how your dealership coordinated the body shop and rental car and it sounds like you don't really get any fees for this-wow-that was incredible-thank you so much! Thanks to everyone at the service desk, Steve, and Dick who drove me to my destinations. Last week I called Colonial VW at 6:50 in the morning to see if I could schedule an oil change and a brake job, and Bill said bring it right in! I dropped it off at 10, and at 2:30 my car was ready. When I went to pick the car up Bill told me he checked to make sure that there were no recalls on the car, and the car was washed and vaccuumed. Bill Fallon acted very professionally. Bill has been servicing my 2010 CC since I bought it at Colonial. I can depend on him to let me know when it's time for tires, brakes, etc. I can schedule a car spa easily, get recall work done, same day Colonial. I always wanted to own a European car, but after reading too many internet rumors I was concerned with the cost of ownership, and especially maintenance. After finally buying my dream car, a Golf GTI, I needed to find a reputable service department. A friend recommended Colonial VW, and I have not been disappointed. Although I only went in for an oil change, Adam, after learning that this was my first visit, not only congratulated me on my new vehicle, but while my car was being serviced, he actually took the time to explain to me additional services the dealership offers, and the service schedule that would ensure my Golf would be in its best shape for years to come. Because I bought the car used (elsewhere) he suggested that one of the shop's mechanics would go through the car to check that everything works as it should. As I drove away, I thought how pleasant the staff were, and I felt assured that I chose the right place to service my "baby". More
